So my sister has been talking a whole lot about losing weight. It’s part of her new year’s resolution and she really wants to make it stick. Now, the hard part is taking the first step (in my opinion, anyway). She’s doing a lot of planning and talking about it excitedly, but when is it actually going to happen?
I’ve been through the same thing myself and I found it really helps if you have a workout buddy. Having a workout buddy is a great way to stay motivated and you’re also doing it for someone else so that becomes much more effective.
I think it’s also a good idea to use a weight loss program. I heard a good one is the 31 day fat loss cure. My friend tried it and it worked decently for her. Another good one I recommended to my sister is cheat your way thin. It’s hard work but supposedly gives some really great results.
Well, I may as well join in and see if I can be her workout buddy a few times a week. I have a few pounds to lose anyway, but didn’t really make it my resolution.
