So, I’ve been wanting to lose some weight lately. It looks like having kids and getting older is beginning to catch up with my body. I’m thinking about following the exercises from the Fat Burning Furnace program to give me a head start. I’m not satisfied with my weight, my skin tone (I’m also planning on reducing cellulite) and even my energy levels, so I know I’m going to commit to it.
I want to lose weight to feel better as well as look better. I’m worried about my health and looking forward to the confidence boost I’ll get when I drop some pounds.
I think I pretty much have a plan to do it – the basics, really. Better proportioned meals and being consistent with exercise. It worked pretty well for my sister, but I have kids, which might make it a little more difficult for me.
I think having a workout buddy would help too so I’m going to bug my boyfriend to diet with me
